Instead of straight side walls, the Maxi pallet boxes have bulging side walls and therefore a much higher volume. Their useful volume is 12% or more greater than that of standard pallet boxes with equal outside dimensions. All pallet boxes can be equipped with many extras, such as a plug, drain, lid, wheels or even be adapted to UN approved pallet box.
The 1200 x 1200 mm series is the strongest pallet box in our range. The first 300 mm of the sides are double-walled for greater rigidity. Filled with water, the walls hardly bend. Our pallet boxes are sprayed from HDPE with a low MFI, which cannot be compared to those of our normal transport containers: 4.5 tons of stacking load is no problem! (so stacked 6 high, each 900 kilos).
